This squad is for committed judoka training with competition as a clear objective. Sessions are physically demanding and technically focused, with an emphasis on performance, consistency, and personal responsibility. Selection is based on ability, attitude, and readiness to train at a higher intensity.

Coach Description:
Training targets advanced technical development, tactical understanding, and competition preparation. Sessions include structured randori, scenario-based work, and conditioning appropriate to competitive judo. Athletes are expected to engage with feedback, support training partners, and uphold the standards of the squad on and off the mat.
